How do I contact staff?
Our lovely team are always happy to help out! We advise utilising our Discord Ticketing system to reach staff or management the quickest, but there are other methods available below if needed.

How do I join?
As we are a tight-knit, Hermitcraft-inspired server - we require an application prior to joining. This is a fairly quick process, just fill out the form in our Discord server, inside the apply channel.

How do I get started ingame?
We've created plenty of support resources to help you get started! Firstly, upon joining we'd recommend doing /helpeco & /helpclaim to get a quick tutorial on Claiming and the Economy. We also have an extensive online guide containing information on our all features!
How do I donate?
Donations help maintain the server & community we all love! You can donate at any time, via our Patreon. You even gain a few cosmetic perks :)

We let players know in the discord when we're open for applications. We do have a few requirements on activity & history, so keep an eye out for those when applications open.
How do I appeal a ban?
As we're a whitelisted, closed community, we rarely ban players, and in the situation we do - these are very rarely false bans. If you do believe a ban was false, you can submit a ban appeal on our website using the button below. Keep in mind, we only accept appeals for false punishments, not just because you're sorry.
